| Is the product pet friendly? |
TREKDEK can be used to keep pets firmly planted on the boat. It is made from PE/EVA blended foam materials, so if scratched or clawed severely, the product may tear or rip. With this being said, TREKDEK's closed-cell material will not absorb water if punctured and is not warranted against pet damage. |
| How do I prep the surface? |
Apply acetone or alcohol on clean cloth to remove dirt, sunscreen, sweat etc. Scrub well and keep dry. For new boat, clean several times, as new boats can have residual mold release that hinder adhesion. We advise to check local and states laws regarding chemicals before using questionable substance on the water. |
